Who We Serve

Women

Having spent a career alongside drastic social change in the workplace, Avril speaks to women from a deeply personal place about how to prosper and find peace when established or conventional structures are not working for them. As a woman of color coming up through the ranks of old-school education and professional systems, she speaks to women of all ages on issues as prosaic as credit ratings and as inspirational as taking risks and embracing life. Some of the most popular topics she thinks and speaks on include the following:

Young People

Having traversed a lifetime of changes and challenges in the workplace and the world, Ms. Sisk speaks to students (in college, grad school, internship and apprentice programs) on both emerging and perennial issues. She emphasizes the power to combine and apply their unique combination of attributes, talents, and skills toward a life and a world as they have dreamed it. Some of the most popular topics she thinks and speaks on include the following:

Business Organizations

Over the years, Ms. Sisk has served as an advisor to many Boards on issues of governance, helping these groups create space to speak frankly about Board and staff diversity issues, consider corporate objectives and stakeholder priorities or philanthropic mission and audience, evaluate leadership and team dynamics, and approach the issues of the moment with an eye on tomorrow. Some of the most popular topics she thinks and speaks on include the following:

Non-Profits

The outlook for non-profit and philanthropic organizations is vastly different than it was even four years ago. The needs are evergreen, and the climate for giving is changing as the economy reflects growing anxiety among many donors. Have you made the adjustments your organization needs to make to be successful in the post-COVID environment? Are you successfully engaging and growing your volunteer force? Do you want to communicate more effectively with stakeholders? Does your board need refreshment? How will you recruit and retain a dynamic workforce and prepare for the future of work?

How are you:

Let’s talk together and find out where you are on your journey, where you would like to be, and map a strategy for you to meet your goals. Are we ready to undertake a challenge together?
